EP #14 - Emergency Plans and that ONE kid

In this episode Chris and Rolland talk about what it looks like when they can't go to work. The guys get into some detail about the thinking process and the planning that goes into being away from school. They also talk about that "one" kid - you know, the one that you still think about years after you taught them. Questions like: Did I do enough? How could I do more? Where do I get the tools I need to do my work? come up as Rolland and Chris discuss that "one" kid.
